Working as the lead project manager and scenographer, I designed this exhibition to serve as a physical manifesto for the club’s motto: "Fussball. Kunst. Kultur." Hosted at Schleifgasse 11, the project aimed to create a low-threshold cultural space that feels as authentic as a locker room but as curated as a contemporary gallery.

Immersive Scenography: The room design translated football’s visual DNA into an urban gallery setting, featuring high-contrast black-and-white checkered walls, yellow accents, and a football net suspended across the ceiling to define the space.

Curated Event Series: Rather than a static display, the exhibition functioned as a stage. I curated a lineup of local music artists who performed live, transforming the viewing experience into a vibrant social event that attracted a diverse neighborhood audience.

Tactile Installation: To bridge the gap between art and play, I integrated a patch of artificial turf with a goal-like setup and footballs, encouraging visitors of all ages—from local children to club veterans—to physically interact with the space.

Visual Documentation: The walls showcased portraits and snapshots of the 1210 community, documenting the faces and places that define the club’s presence in Vienna’s 21st district.

Identity & Merch: The exhibition also functioned as a flagship for the club’s aesthetic, incorporating a presentation of "1210 Wien" merchandise (shirts, sweaters) and local products (branded wine), creating a holistic brand experience for the visitors.

Social Cohesion: By blending sport-related visuals with artistic performances, the project successfully created a meeting point for different social groups, fostering community pride and cultural exchange within Floridsdorf.
